Registration Information
- Pre- Registration: Pay fee listed on the Course Fee Tab page in this website.
- Late Registration: If paid 13 days or less before class start date, add an additional $25.00. (Excluding BLS Courses)
- Registration @ the door: must pay cash or money order (+$25.00 late fee) Late Fee applies only to ACLS, PALS, and Instructor Courses
Additional Information:
Registration confirmation letter will be emailed prior to class and after completion of registration form and accompanying course fee for ACLS, PALS and Instructor Courses.

Refund Policy: Written cancellations prior to start of any course, other than basic life support (CPR), will result in an administrative fee of $50.00. No refunds whatsoever, 7 days prior to any course.
No Shows: There are No Refunds for No-Shows.
