Late registration: If  paid 13 days or less before class start date, add an additional $25.00
Registration @ the door: MUST PAY CASH  OR  MONEY ORDER (+ $25.00 late fee)
      Late Fee applies only to ACLS, PALS, and Instructor Courses

Registration confirmation letter  will be emailed prior to class and after completion of registration form and accompanying course fee.

Refund Policy: Written cancellations postmarked  up to 7 days prior to start of course will result in an administrative fee of  $50.00.  No refunds after 7 days prior to class.  For ACLS, PALS, and Instructor Courses

No Shows: There is no refund for no-shows.
